Indian Diplomacy Track - 1.5 !! Indian Parliamentarians Delegation to Foreign Countries !! Operation "Sindoor" !! Isolation of Pakistan

INDEX-

  1. Meaning of diplomacy?
  2. Introduction: "Why need"?
  3. Types of Diplomacy?
  4. What is sovereignty, with its types?
  5. Way forward?

If -

  1. we go to study what could be the real meaning of diplomacy, and
  2. follow the track path from Hindi meaning, there it is written as कूटनीति, which simply means, “you follow the policy of communication that involves the codification, so your main purpose and the line of thought, through the communication, must not be leaked to anybody".

By following this policy, -

  1. A state, to act as a state, pursues different routes
  2. to ensure the best interests of a state,
  3. through the best possible means
  4. In the most convenient mode.

India was preparing for

  1. Pakistan's strangulation, and
  2. Through the "Pahalgam terror attack," this opportunity was given by Pakistan to India, and
  3. so we launched operations "Sindoor"
  4. in which we dismantled the Pakistan Air Force's airfields and its military installations,
  5. along with an unconfirmed report of dismantling nuclear installations.

OBJECTIVES OF INTRODUCING INDIAN PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATION-

  1. The present prime minister is known to transform a disaster-like situation into an opportunity, and
  2. that was exactly done by launching the Indian parliamentary delegation to different countries,
  3. particularly the countries related to the "Arab Muslim league", and
  4. The countries have a good weightage in the international issues, and
  5. selection of those countries that are going to be the temporary members in the United Nations.

This message-

  1. Was not just for foreign governments, but
  2. also for lawmakers,
  3. the foreign media, and
  4. the general public.

If you look into what could be the types of diplomatic tracks, we have the following diagrams, in which an explanation of the three types of diplomatic tracks has been given over here.

But-

  1. In these respective tracks on diplomacy,
  2. We have another track, which is known as 1.5 diplomatic
  3. It is a combination of civil societies, institutions, and government representations/ state backup.

Though we know, in the Indian parliamentary setup, all the members of parliament are known as "private members", which means they are members of the Indian legislature, but, not the government.

But-

  1. because this trip was organized by the Indian state,
  2. initiated by the Indian state, and
  3. financed by the Indian state,
  4. it is the combination of or the example of 1.5 of diplomacy.

Now the question is why the Indian government planned this type of diplomatic track-

  1. In the previous cases, whenever we have stuck down on Pakistan, we have seen that
  2. The Western World media, the Pakistani media, NGOs, and indirectly state-sponsored institutions have tried to play down the Indian stand on terrorism and Pakistan.

And –

"The basic and foremost foundation pillar for this criticism was coming statements from the Indian opposition's political statement, particularly from "Mr Rahul Gandhi" and the Congress party.

To counter these narratives the-

  1. The Indian government organised and sponsored this
  2. which included the 2/3 members of parliament from Non-BJP parties with Congress, Samajwadi party, Nationalist Congress Party and AIMIM ASDUDDIN OWAISI party.

The composition was done on three priorities first-

NOW COMING TO ANOTHER DIMENSION-

  1. In the definition of state, we have the most important clause, which is "sovereignty."
  2. Sovereignty is a two types: internal and external.
  3. We maintain our internal sovereignty by conducting operations in do successful manner.
  4. but, in the international arena, there are certain State -&- non-state actors which intentionally, and in a manipulative manner, always oppose India's external sovereignty.
  5. So, first to counter that and establish a more tactical diplomatic position, we chose to send our 59-member parliamentary delegation to 32 countries.
  6. Another advantage, India followed the track 1.5 diplomacy and included most of the members of parliament who frequently and energetically used to criticize the present Government and particularly the prime minister, Narendra Modi.
  7. On the one hand, we strengthened the position of Indian diplomacy, and,
  8. On the other hand, we got success in countering diplomatic conspiracies against India by the international Media, supported indirectly by the origin country.

In light of the above analysis-

  1. we can say that by organising this parliamentary delegation, we, very carefully, encounter the false narratives against the Indian state "by the foreign non-state actors".
  2. First time, in a message to the deep state, it was told that on the national interest issues, the political leadership is united, so now you will no longer be able to penetrate India's internal sovereignty through political loopholes.
  3. But, on second hand, the most important act was done to defeat that psychology of the deep state, which was thinking up till now to disturb India so as to compromise its internal sovereignty.

Thanks.
