EXPLAINATION-

The circum Pacific belt is- 

1. about the formation of "Pacific tectonic plate boundaries" with 
2. Australia, Philippines Japan, Russia, North America and South America.

The formation of the Pacific Ring of Fire is mainly subjected to convergence and divergence plate margins.

ANSWER-

In earth internal structure, at asthenosphere, we have "convective currents" that results in the convergence and the divergence plate margins along with transform. The Pacific Ring of fire zone is the out product of this convergence and divergence along with Magma plume hotspots.

    

    

In explanation of the above diagram, if we look closely, 

1. we have the convergence of "oceanic-oceanic" and "oceanic-continental" plates at margins of the Pacific plate leading to the formation of volcanic archipelagoes such as Japanese, Philippines and volcanic fold mountains in the name of rockies & Andes.
2. Along with this deep inside the ocean divergence boundaries resulting of the new the oceanic crust formation ensuring sea floor spreading.
3. In last, continuous Magma flow through the Magma plume, such as over the Hawaiian Island, creates the whole picture of the circum-Pacific zone.

The volcanoes are the most diversified and effective force which led to the maintenance of "Earth's internal energy balance" and the formation of new oceanic and continental crust based on which, in the near future, we can welcome the 8 continent that is "Zealandia".
