The "socialist" term is the liberal terminology derived from "communism". Communism means “communist political thought”.

Communism means -

1. The state's ultimate authority, 
2. Which means the state possesses absolute power to control anything; anything means anything.
3. In communism, the state is authorized to have absolute control over the individual, groups of individuals, and their organization 
4. In respect of physical activities or thought process (China controls all state media and only the Global Times, that is the government mouthpiece, is authorized for news telecast and final authority for news printing).
5. The political thought in which the state has full and absolute control over 
6. What is the thought of the individual/ Citizen or the society? 
7. Which crops do farmers need to grow? 
8. The whole collection mechanism and the complete and absolute control over distribution are done by the state.
9. How will the business activities be done by the business class
10. What services, according to the desire of the state, are in need, are authorized on the ground to be exercised.

 

Now, against it, look over the preamble of the Indian Constitution or the preamble of any democratic state.

    

1. The preamble of the Indian constitution says, "We the people of India", and maintains, through this constitution, the liberty of thoughts in which the state is constituted by the citizens of a state.

3. If we go to the definition of state, we have 04 foundation pillars, one is territory, it is also there in the communist state, 
4. Second population (Citizen) it is also there in the communist state.
5. But, the real change of transformation comes in respect of Third -& Fourth.
6. Third is "GOVERNMENT," which is not democratically elected in a communist state, meaning it is a selected government.
7. Fourth is "SOVEREIGNTY," which is the most important feature, in respect of internal sovereignty. 
8. When the government is not recognized by its citizens, it means liberty is not enjoyed by the citizens of a communist state, which is, in contrast, a primary indispensable in a democratic state.

Now, if we compare these two conditions, the government & Sovereignty between India and China, we can better understand what we are talking about.

With these two antagonist thought processes in SCO, how can we imagine that this organisation would be a fruitful organisation for Bharat and its desired objectives?

 

  

1. Indian defence minister Rajnath Singh expressed India’s discontent by "NOT" signing the SCO joint declaration on the ground that it does not mention the “Pahalgam terrorist strike”.
2. Bharat (India) had a wish to call for “unified action against terrorism”. 
3. He also said, “The SEO should not hesitate to criticize those nations which adopt a double standard over terrorism”.
4. The joint declaration simultaneously mentioned the “Baluchistan Liberation Activities” as a “terrorist activity”.

It is because -

1. China has a heavy-handed investment in Baluchistan, including the Gwadar port.
2. So, with the issuance of this joint statement, technically, the Baluchistan revolution, as according to Baluchistan, before world communities, would be a terrorist organization in Baluchistan province of Pakistan.

If-

1. If this had happened, it could be a Worldwide recognition in favour of China, supported by Pakistan, and supposed to be against Bharat.
2. It is assumed that the Baluchistan liberation army enjoys the support of Bharat from behind the curtain.

 

 Character of Participants countries- 

1. Russia, which is also a socialist country on this platform, is a somewhat neutral player when we consider it in the context of the SCO.
2. China, Pakistan, and Iran are the anti-US and anti-India entities on this platform.
3. Basically, China, along with Pakistan, supported by Iran, is using this 150 crore population group for its local politics and geo-political strategic establishment to counter primarily the USA and secondly India.
4. India sees the importance of SEO to have greater access to Central Asia and up to Eurasia.

Conclusion-

1. SEO will never be a successful global organisation because one partner is the world's most populous and largest, accepted worldwide, democratic country.
2. Where is the largest player of this SEO, and the second most populous country is a communist?
3. On one hand, democracy and communism cannot stand together, but simultaneously always antagonists to each other, with participation of India -& China, we can easily assume what could be the future and effect of the SCO.

Discarding the joint declaration by the Indian government with its defence minister, Rajnath Singh, is a bold and decisive action towards its stand against terrorism. A lesson to China not to use SCO as its local domestic organization, and a clear-cut message to the world community that we have changed and transformed Bharat from the previous one.

We are great listeners, more cooperative, but simultaneously more decisive to protect the interests of Bharat and the world community, by opposing something that is not accepted by India.
