In today's article, we are going to analyze-

  1. India's international efforts
  2. including the present situation with the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation- SCO,
  3. What does it mean when the Indian Prime Minister presents there?
  4. What is the mandate of Article 51, and
  5. which simultaneously reflects that it is the Indian Constitution's obligation to work for maintaining International peace and security, and
  6. If needed to go for arbitration.

So, in the shadow of Article 51, now we move to analyse the present ongoing SCO summit.

Analysis of the world over conflict region-wise-

  1. The Middle East conflict between Israel and Hamas there the major player is EGYPT
  2. Conflict between Russia and Ukraine major player -RUSSIA
  3. Conflict in South Asia between India and Pakistan- MAJOR PLAYER INDIA- where we decided with the operation SINDOOR, with first strike capability eliminate Pakistan's sponsored "state terrorism". Terrorist state Pakistan is participating here.
  4. Conflict between Israel and Iran. Iran participating.
  5. Conflict between Thailand and Cambodia- Cambodia is participating.
  6. Conflict between Cyprus and Turkey-  Turkey is participating.
  7. Conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and both are participating.

It means -

  1. In the world of diplomacy, when we used to say that the 21st century is an Asia century,
  2. the whole of Asia, by all four corners, participating in this forum.
  3. All major conflicts, whether of a terrorist nature or dominance in nature or of threat existence in nature, are in Asia.
  4. From the African continent, we have the presentation of Egypt.
  5. From Europe, we have Russia and Belarus.
  6. From the Middle East, we have Egypt and Iran.
  7. From West Asia, we have Iran, Armenia, Azerbaijan Turkey.
  8. Some Central Asia, we have all five countries: Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan Uzbekistan.
  9. From South East Asia, we have Cambodia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia Vietnam.
  10. From South Asia, we have Bharat, Pakistan, Nepal, and the Maldives.
  11. And from East Asia, we have China and Mongolia.

It means -

  1. With 42% world's population and
  2. with 22% of the world's GDP and
  3. with the major player of the Global South,
  4. The Shanghai corporation organization basically presents the world's most powerful demographic and economic lobby, where it also has 30% of oil reserve of the world.

But -

"The question may arise how, with 30% oil and 22% of the world's GDP, one can indicate that the SCO world's most powerful, if it utilizes its full potential, organization, then the answer is-

  1.  Just because in the other parts of the world, either the market is not open with respect to Africa, or
  2. The market has been saturated in respect of North America and Europe
  3. Where in respect of SCO, it is the centre point of the largest unsaturated markets such as India -& China, and a "future-ready" market in respect of other important countries.

Based on this analysis when the important Motto of this organisation is -

"to ensure the security corporation against terrorism, separatism, and extremism."

  1. Basically, the organization is trying to tell
  2. If we need to have economic prosperity, first we need to establish security.

Now -

  1. Compare this psychology with the mandate of Article 51 of the Indian Constitution,
  2. which says under clause (b) to maintain just and honorable relations between the Nations,
  3. which is extended in clause (c), where we need to respect International laws and treaties in dealing with organized people.

Now, please note that 02 important terminologies are being used here:

  1. first, organized, followed by the
  2. Second, people.

Where -

  1. It addresses to organized political state with communities and
  2. needs to understand the interrelated and interdependent relationship between the two communities or more than 02 communities when it says, "with one another".

And last, -

  1. Under clause (d) article says that you can settle international disputes by arbitration
  2. India has always maintained the mandate of this article in our foreign policy.

Example-

  • It was the prime minister of India, Narendra Modi, who, in front of Russian President Vladimir Putin, quoted as, "It is not the era of War, it is an era of Bddhua/peace."
  • And the success of Indian foreign policy lies in when Russia reacted positively.

🤔With all these above-mentioned dimensions Prime Minister is presently in China attending the SCO summit.

  1. The world knows and believes
  2. India has always maintained the stand that our military might or increasing military might
  3. is not to dictate or suppress any country or the world order.
  4. Because India knows the instrumentality of the weapon positively or negatively.

India's military might is -

  1. the state's instrument of deterrence against incursion or aggression, but
  2. not against any state under unwanted conditions.
  3. We conducted the operations Sindoor, followed by the "Surgical strike" and "Air strikes", but not even a single country raised a voice against Indian "right to defense measures."

Note-

I am not here to explain by diving deep to analyze which country supported India because every country should maintain its independence, foreign policy where the silence all louder than the words.

The British ruled over the world and expanded worldwide with the military might of India. And when they realized that now the military could revolt, they very smoothly did an independent India.

  1. It is the instrumentality of military might, and
  2. If this military might club together with the economic mights,
  3. Nobody can stop you in the world.

With this combined" might the Indian Prime Minister in the SCO.

And -

  1. With clause (a) of Article 51, that is, "promote international peace and security,"
  2. India will turn every stone, with its best possible options, to maintain and establish peace and security, because
  3. We know the biggest beneficiary, along with the International countries, would be India.
  4. Our economic prosperity, with the characteristics of a "homegrown consumerist economy," is
  5. largely subject to the stable world order, particularly of the Indian Ocean region.

When -

  1. We export and import billions of dollars in trade with about 11,000 km long coastline, and
  2. India's upcoming international investment project, particularly the India Middle East Economic Corridor - IMEC

We need to ensure everything moves in order, particularly in the Indian Ocean.
  1. If not, then we need to use our weapon of deterrence to re-establish that order.

SCO declaration on Pahalgam Terror Attack-

Now -
  1. On 01/09/2025
  2. After Prime Minister Modi's address to the SCO summit
  3. Finally, a "Joint Declaration" in the name of "TIANJIN DECLARATION" is about to come
  4. Where the crystal clear mention of "Pahalgam Tay attack" has been made with strong condemnation.
This declaration has come -
  1. In the presence of the Prime Minister of "TERROR SPONSORED STATE" Pakistan and the President of China,
  2. who, according to the Indian defence forces statement, has supported Pakistan against India during Operation Sindoor.
The final draft is about to come, which we will discuss in detail.

Thanks
